2019 华社董事选举 CCC Board Election

大家好！

华社为了改进和提高，面临董事会改组。中文学校与华社改革息息相关，改好了收益最多的也将是我们的广大会员。华社董事都是纯义工在华社为大家服务，旧的一届将全部总辞，现在急需选出10位重新组阁，华社董事会才能成立，否则会直接影响学校的运营。

在此我们呼吁大家尽快投票，一家只能投一票。

投票方式如下：
1.       直接投票：6/26 @5-8pm 到华社投票，提供晚餐。为了统计订餐数量，请您RSVP：

2. 代理投票：
（1） 下载Proxy 两页表格，明确表达您的投票意愿，填好后6/26 中午12pm之前电邮给myproxy@cccalbany.org，委托华社IT Director 林峰代为投票
（2） 到华社填，Mary 为大家准备了Proxy 表格在进门的桌上，填好后直接放入华社门口的信箱里。

The general membership meeting for the 2019 Board Election is set at the Chinese Community Center on Wednesday June 26, 2019 from 5pm to 8 pm. You may arrive any time between 5pm and 8pm. After confirming your CCC member status, we will give you a 2019 board election ballot so you may cast your vote. We need to elect 9-10 board members for the 2019 fiscal year which starts on July 1.

One membership has one vote.

We will also serve a simple meal during the voting period. All CCC members' families are welcome to join for the supper. If you have not returned the Member Proxy Form, please take the effort to vote in person, at the CCC building, on 6/26, from 5pm to 8pm. We ask you to sign up for this event ahead by RSPV https://cccalbany.org/event-3461280

To vote with proxy,  please fill out the Member Proxy Form and send to myproxy@cccalbany.org, CCC IT Director Feng Lin will be your proxy for the vote.

You could also fill out the Proxy Form and drop it in the CCC mailbox.

Note: this Members General Meeting is NOT open to non-members.
