Hello everybody, it's Jessica Chen, the youth group leader. I wanted to thank those of you who came to help with the Chinese New Year Festival. You were a great help and greatly appreciated. For our next activity, how
does bowling sound?? We could either go to rock n bowl or, if that's too
late, we could just go until 9. Also at Proctor;s there is a show, The Music
Man, coming during Feb. break. We can prolly get a discount group price.
Ok, well for those who are interested in bowling or the show, or if you have
any other ideas, please email me back. Again, thank you for helping out with
the Chinese New Year Festival.

Hello everybody!! for those who are wondering, this is J Chen,
one of the leaders of the newly formed CCC youth goup. The other
leader is E Chu.
This group was formed to keep all the high school kids of CCC in
touch with each other. Since most of us grew up and spent every Sunday
afternoon at Chinese school, special friendships were created. It would suck if
we couldn't keep these friendships due to the lack of Chinese school,
thus, the whole purpose of this group.
Our objective is to assist the CCC activities and keep the
"asian vibe" alive within those(us) who do not attend
chinese school anymore. If you haven't been informed by your parents, all of you on the list
are invited to join the group. so far these are the people on the
list: M Chien, J Chao, S Chao, S Lai, M Liao, E Mooney, J Peng,
K Quian, A Tsai, M Tsai, R Wang, J Wang, D Zong, V Lu, N Tu, D Miaw,
D Pu, S Schowalter, J Wen, Ma Wen, B Murti, C Murti, J Wang.
so first off, the list of email addresses that was given to me appear
to be addresses of your parents. It would be great if i could have all of
your email addresses so we can contact each other directly, instead of
through our parents. My email address is Clover2285@aol.com.
Though this is a new group, we already have an assignment. As you all
probably know, Chinese New Year is coming shortly. The CCC has asked us to help
with preparations, registering, and the serving of food. For those who can
make it, we will meet at the Shaker Senior High School at 1:00.
Alright, that's about it for now!! I hope everyone will be able to come
help set up for the Chinese New Year. I look forward to meeting
everyone. Please email me if you have any questions, comments, or
ideas for our next group activity.
