Old Friends, the Chiaos

Dear CCC Friends,

We are all doing well, although still shocked/saddened by the recent global events. This summer (actually this entire year) has passed very quickly. Our lives are definitely faster paced now with more things to do and greater distances to travel (My car averaged 7,000 miles / year when we were in Schenectady, now it is 13,000 miles / year). HL's family is in Chicago so we go there (1.5 hours away) about once a month. Then our daughter and HL's violin and ballet classes keep them busy. Finally, HL has found new inspiration in her painting, and has turned our house into a mini gallery. My work is going well, but has much less time to spend at home. Through this, we have gained greater appreciation of the little moments that we find together.

We miss friends from Albany and CCC, and we're glad to hear about the strong growth of CCC membership this year! Please keep in touch.
